About the project
The process is based on the client's self-developed proof of concept (POC), which demonstrates the potential of a new AI-based service. The goal is to further develop an idea or concept into a robust solution that can be used in regular operations.
Together with the client, we analyse needs, target groups and use cases, and prepare a requirements specification that ensures both functional and non-functional requirements are addressed. The concept is then developed into a prototype where user experience, workflows and the interaction between people and AI are tested and improved.
In parallel, assessments are carried out related to privacy, information security and compliance with relevant regulations. We also contribute with architecture work that supports integrations, scalability, operations and further development. The result is a complete and production-ready solution that is technically robust, safe to use and adapted to the organisation's needs and goals.
